Return Window & Eligibility

At Denim Tears Shorts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within our specified return window.

Standard Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

Returning your Denim Tears shorts is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to initiate your return:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Securely package your items in original condition with tags attached
  4. Include Return Form: Complete and include the return form we'll provide with your RMA
  5. Ship Your Return: Use the prepaid return label we'll email you (for US customers)

Important: Returns without a valid RMA number may be delayed or rejected. Always obtain authorization before shipping items back to us.

For US customers, we provide free return shipping via our prepaid return labels. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
